Thanks for requesting more information from us! If you haven’t seen our email yet (including your Platform Demo link), it may have landed in your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folder—especially with the recent changes from Google, Yahoo, and other email providers.

Don’t worry—it’s a quick fix! Just follow these steps to locate our message and make sure you don’t miss any important updates moving forward.

✅ Step 1: Search Your Inbox

Use the search bar in your inbox to look for: SiteSwan or info@siteswan.com

Often, our email is there—it’s just buried under other messages.
 

🔍 Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Your email provider might’ve mistakenly flagged our email. Here’s how to fix it:

For Gmail:
  • Open your Promotions or Spam tab
  • Find our email (look for “SiteSwan Platform Demo”)
  • Drag it to your Primary tab
  • When prompted, click “Yes” to move future messages here


For Outlook or Yahoo:

  • Open your Junk or Spam folder
  • Right-click the message and select “Not Junk” or “Mark as Safe”
  • Add info@siteswan.com to your contacts or safe senders list
